I Have filed an ROC eform 5, there was some query by ROC in it. I have been instructed to resubmitted the form under regulation 17 of Company law regulation 1956. I have solved the error and have prepared new eform 5 for resubmission. Now, I am confused in point 11(b) of my eform 5. what do i have to select "Yes"/"No"/Not applicable". I have already paid stamp Duty in my original form.

You should select not applicable as on resubmission stamp duty is not payable .
