Hi everyone I have applied for Company Name With FORTIUS IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMTED in INC-29 The message from MCA is."The name is resemble with the name of other company" what should be my next procedure do i have to Buy the stamp paper again and do i have to change all the formats and send again with different name..Kindly help me out with this and how to check whether the company name is already registered

Hi,

Please contact your concerned ROC. Since the name has been reserved for you, ROC will not register any other company with your reserved name upto 60 days from the date of reservation.

If the matter is still not resolved you may write to

Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA),

Plot No. 6,7, 8, Sector 5, IMT Manesar,

Gurgaon (Haryana),

Currently ROC Delhi is acting as Registrar, CRC as well.

Dear Arun bhai, He has not applied name via Form INC-1. Hence, the name is not reserved for him for 60 days. He has got query from MCA after filing the Form INC-29.

Dear Balraj, if you have written the words 'or any other name as may be approved by ROC' on all such documents i.e. INC-9, INC-10, INC-8 etc, then you do not need to re-stamp these documents again. This has happened with me earlier. I submitted the same documents (MOA, AOA changed).

However, it is better if you visit ROC office and ask them.
