Resubmission for company incorporation

Hi,

Please contact your concerned ROC. Since the name has been reserved for you, ROC will not register any other company with your reserved name upto 60 days from the date of reservation.

If the matter is still not resolved you may write to

Dear Arun bhai, He has not applied name via Form INC-1. Hence, the name is not reserved for him for 60 days. He has got query from MCA after filing the Form INC-29.

Dear Balraj, if you have written the words 'or any other name as may be approved by ROC' on all such documents i.e. INC-9, INC-10, INC-8 etc, then you do not need to re-stamp these documents again. This has happened with me earlier. I submitted the same documents (MOA, AOA changed).

However, it is better if you visit ROC office and ask them.
