what is the procedure to restricted the side ple tell me in brief

Click on start button
2. Click on Control Panel -> Internet Options
3. Click on Security
4. You then have to click on sites
5. Type the name of the sites, you want to restrict in the given box then on ->Block
6.Click On Apply -> Save ->Ok
