Restoration of company

ROC has sent a notice under Section 248(1) of Companies Act, 2013 for strike off the name of company..

The Company has not filed any reply to ROC. Therefore the name of the Company has been struct off by Registrar..

Now the directors wants to restore the Company as they had not received the notice u/s 248(1) of the act..

Also the Company has not filed its annual return to ROC for last ten years...

So now is it possible to restore the name of the company.. Directors are also ready to go to the NCLT..

What kind of remedy available to the company?
