1:-I filled the ITR 3 as per section 44ADA ,but later I get defective return showing error code 311.Asking for P&L and Bal sheet.
what should I do know ?
2-:Assesse receiving monthly fixed fee, don't have sundry debtors , creditor and stock in trade .know what I have to enter in column of 'NO ACCOUNT SECTION'.
Last time I filled it zero.
Assessee is doing is job in hospital as a doctor and TDS is deducted as per sec194 J.
And there are no sundry debtors , sundry creditors and stock .
so what figures I will fill in no account case ,
cash in hand is also but how much amt but don't know?
