Can U Please help me by telling me that, is there any difference between RESOLVED THAT and resolved that while drafting a Resolution.If Yes then please specify..

No there is no specific distinction. It is all about format of legal drafting approved or set through practice.

But Still I have A Doubt, as somewhere i had read that where RESOLVED THAT is used it means that particular resolution is meant for Shareholders approval..is that so?
