It is necessary to mention Resolution for ordinary and special business in noitce of agm which is part of Annual report ??
or just heading of business is enough ??The word business is written in the sections / rules - but no where resolution is mentioned ?

but ordinary or special resolution required is to be mentioned......

Yes Desai ji......
Just mention the heading of the ordinary business.....but for the special business you have to mention the resolution to be passed as well as give an explanatory statement for the same.....
