Resolution in notice of agm (annual report)

Ordinary or Specal business  is not required to be mentioned......

but ordinary or special resolution required is to be mentioned......

Yes, It is necessary to mention Item wise resolution.

Yes Desai ji......

Just mention the heading of the ordinary business.....but for the special business you have to mention the resolution to be passed as well as give an explanatory statement for the same.....
