Dear Friends,
I am very new to this field, and do require some information regarding the Resolution in pvt. ltd. firm.
I have assigned a task to create some of resolutions for my firm. So I'd like to know how to or what is the procedure to process company resoluion in pvt. ltd. firm.
Once the resolution is done and signed by all directors, do it require any kind of authontication like notrazied or something for legal approval?
Please help.

Firstly, I would like to ask you what exactly is your query.. When you use the word pvt ltd it refers to a private limited company.. For firm the words pvt ltd cant be used..
Secondly, please mention the purpose or subject for which resolution has to be passed.. The general format is
"RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of Section ___ of Companies Act, 1956 and other applicable provisions if any, (purpose of resolution) be and is hereby) approved.
However this is not proper because you havent mentioned the purpose so edit accordingly. And this is for a Company not firm)
No authentication is required after resolution is signed by Director. Preserve it for preparation of minutes. (for company)
