Resignation of directors if he died
I want know that if one of the director died then which procedure follow in roc for his resignation. how much time period allow for his resigned from company after his death.

In the event of a director's death, the company must file Form DIR-12 with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) within 30 days of the date of death. You must attach the death certificate to the form as proof of cessation and update the company’s internal Register of Directors accordingly.
