what are the documents to be attached (mandatory) to DIR 12 form for filing with ROC in case of resignation of Director?

the below are the attachments required based on actual experience :

1. Notice of resignation is to be attached in case of cessation of a Director / Manager / Company Secretary / CEO / CFO.

2. Copy of Board Resolution authorizing MD or CS or Any director doing all such acts required for this.
