One of our director wants to resign as a director as on 31January, 2012 .But he will going to contiune on Retainer Basis on some special fees .So wht should be the procedure after his resignation as a wholetime director? and continue on retainership basis on some fees?....The salary is more than 2.50 thousand so crossing the limit of 314.
