The Company Secretary of my company gave his resignation in the Board Meeting dated 19th June, 2013, to resign with effect from 31st July, 2013. Can I file F-32 on todays date or it can filled only after 31st July, 2013.

yes, you can file as it says form 32 isto be filled with in 30 days from the date of passing resolution for acceptance of resignation......
You can file the form 32 after the resignation takes effect.
Form 32 is to be filed after resignation i.e 31.07.2013 .
