just ask the company to settle the same.
company don't want to pay and other auditor is ready to accept the audit. is this possible for other auditor to accept the audit?
from your anaswer i have assumed that you have been statutory auditor of a company and now you are resifning. the company is in due to pay you fees for yoour past services and now the company is resisting to do so. better file a suit for recovery of the same.
