Resignation of auditor
In case of resignation of auditor, when we file ADT-1 for fresh appointment in case of attachments for resolution by company, it is reso of board meeting or SR of meeting of share holder that is extra ordinary general meeting called.
please guide on above as soon as possible

APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR WHEN RESIGNATION IS GIVEN BY EXISTING AUDITOR: This situation is called CASUAL VACANCY:
In case of Casual vacancy because of resignation by auditor then appointment of auditor on his place by BOD within 30 days but the same should be approved by the company within 3 months of recommendation and shall hold office till conclusion of next AGM
Appointment of Statutory Auditors to fill casual vacancy requires ordinary resolution to be passed in EGM.
