I resigned from the post of Managing Director but continue to be a director of the company. Necessary resolutions were passed. In filling Form 32 under item #5 should we choose change in designation or cessation? Please clarify.

Upto my understanding you will have to select change in designation otherwise if you will file for cessation your name will be deleted from the signatories details and you will have to file F32 for appointment again. But if you selct change your purpoe will be served.

Yes, You have to select change in designation to Director . That is the correct way.
