Dear Friends, I entered into a existing business venture with my known person's pvt ltd.compant as a director for good faith due to his 2nd old director is resigning and he wants to run its company. but after one year he does not make not transactions in company ant not wind up the company not enven he is able to make expeses of audit and final accounts . i mail him my resignation on nov.2013 but still he is not reply and not winding up the company .the company has not done any business so far infact its vat registration is not done .Due to certain circumstances and their non-cooperation I am not willing to continue in the new company and want to resign from my position as Director. Could you please advise how can I resign and what are the formalities? Also do I need to inform ROC or MCA about my resignation?
