Resignation from a CS firm

Hi, 

Fellow Professionals. 

I am a partner of a CS partnership firm in Maharashtra. I work remotely for the firm in a different state. Now I wish to resign from the firm as I do not wish to continue further with them. what procedure and paperwork should I do for completing my resignation process? 

Please guide.
