DEAR FRIENDS WE HAVE A NEW COMPANY ACCOUNTED ARE OPTED IN 01/04/2014 TO 31/03/2015 AND WE HAVE FILLIED AUDIT REPORT IN INCOME TAX BUT WE HAVE NO DOCUMENT FILLIED IN ROC PLEASE TELL ME PREVIOUS AUDITOR RESIGNATION IN HOW AND WHOSE DATE APPOINT FOR THIS COMPANY IN 01/04/2014 TO 31/03/2015
Dear Mr. Gaurav,
As you mentioned that company is new and since if Company is new and if company closes its financial year then the company have to file auditor report in the e form AOC-4 and annual return in e form MGT-7 .
In first Board Meeting of the Company, after incorporation have to appoint auditor of the company and form is not required to file with ROC. Plain board resolution is necessary.
If question is unanswered then pls let me know will answer accordingly.
