Residential Status of Student going abroad for further studies
Indian citizen ( student ) having stay in India for 42 days in fy.15-16. In fy 14-15 having stay of 121 days in India. Before that was in India only. what's the residential status for fy.15-16 ?

As he stayed in India for less than 60 days, as per IT act, his status for FY 2015-16 is Non-resident.
