1. As the residential status of a HUF is determined by its control & management,
then what will be the residential status of a HUF if its Karta stays in INDIA only for 1 day.
And what will be your answer in case he remains outside the INDIA throughout the year ???
2. In case the Karta of a HUF changes 3 times during the year ,
then whose residendial status will determine that the HUF is ROR or RNOR ???
If karta of one HUF is out of India throughout the year, the residential status of HUF shall be NR. But if the Karta stays in India for even a single day, HUF shall be residential ....
In case the karta of a HUF changes 3 times during the year, in such case, the latest karta shall be de-facto karta and his place of stay shall be taken into consideration . ....
