Residential Status in ITR form
What is my status in ITR when I will live out of India from 28thAugust 2018 to August 2020.what ITR return form will require to fill. I lived in India since 9thJuly 2016 to 27thAugust 2018.

main conditions for being a resident
1. stay in India more than 182 days or
2 stay in current year 60 days or more and atleast 365 days in preceding 4 previous years
u fall in second category ( if u have been in India in last year's )
once you qualify second condition I'll be declared resident
then u need to check for R+OR or R+NOR
