I am doing my (two years regular PG program) M.Sc from Skovde University , Sweden. I went to Sweden for Study on student visa on 19 Aug 2020. What will be my resident status for Corrent Assessment year 2021-22 and next year in my IT Return.
April -30 days may-31 june-30 July -31 August 19 Total 141 days which is exceeding 60 days. you will be resident(u/s 6(1) if you were present in India during the 4 previous year immediately preceding the p.y 2020-21 for a period of 365 days or more.
condition of 6(6) will have to be checked in order to determine whether you were ROR or RNOR
