Every company shall have at least one director who has stayed in India for a total period of
Not less than 182 days in the previous calendar year such director is named as Resident director....
for f.y 14-15 look calendar year of Jan 1 to Dec 31 of 2013

but in the notification of MCA it us cleared that for 14-15 we will take calendar year 1.4.14 to 31.12.14 and only 136 days provision is there for that year only

Paras Ahuja is correct act came from 1 April 2014 so on proportainate basis 136 days should be considered the company which incorporated between 1-4-2014 to 30-9-2014. The company incorporated after 30 September 2014 shall have resident director from the date of incorporation itself.
