Resident director

Dear Friends,

I understand that in new companies act, resident directors are mandatory for the companies incorporated in India.

But my doubt is whether provision of mandatory resident directors are applicable to liason office or project office establised by a foreign company approved by RBI.??

Which section i have to refer in companies act 2013?
