I forgot my password for IT Login and don't remember secret question and don't have registered email id and mobile no, don't have 26AS deductions and DSC either. My mobile number is not mapped with adhar and i don't remember bank account details given to IT site. So i went for tax payment method and Paid tax Rs.120 for AY 2017-18 thuough e-Payment. But, Now while giving Challan details in the forgot password section error message shows 'Incorrect details, Kindly Provide valid data". Why this message appears even after mentioning correct BSRCODE, Date and Challan serial number?. Can anyone please share ideas to solve this problem.

It takes about 4 to 5 working days to update the tax paid challan to the system...... so wait till then....

As per RBI instructions, all the banks have provided direct link to e-verify ITR, through net-banking.
Following the link...... you get direct assess to your IT e-filling account (no password needed)
Change the password.......... or do whatever you wish to perform, not mandatory to e-verify ITR !!!
