Reservations in CA course

Please allow me to clear air over this issue.

For example if ICAI sets the condition that a graduate with 50 % degree can get admission directly into Intermediate course .

At the most for SC/ST/OBC or other students there might be relaxation of 5% i.e. graduate with 45 % degree may be allowed to take Intermediate exams .

But not after that ,There CANNOT be further relaxation of any manner for the above mentioned students.

That is for them also scoring minimum 40 % in individual papers and aggregate of 50% will be imperative/ must.

The posts regarding reservation in CA course are circulating in the Social Media platforms BUT NOT IN THE INSTITUTE WEBSITE as there is no mention of any news of  reservation in CA Exams in icai.org. Hence, the news about reservation in CA course seems fake to me.

I know its a fake news .

We all must discourage it .

But even if , for any remote reason ,there is a reservation for SC/ST/OBC ,etc , it will be in a manner which i have outlined in my earlier msg.

today reservation on surname base is just wast and totally eliminated sure this is never approved by icai. this should be curtailed altogather. it will be better if benefit on other basis like financial assistance or concessional coaching will be appropriate root. in no manner less mark should be criteria for passing
