Reregistration of my CA final registration

I stand corrected, you read the date as 28th March 2016. That is the date when your registration will get lapsed. Try to understand what I meant by valid registration is, you should have the registration in continuity till the date of last examination. 

Let us say your motor vehicle license lapses on 31st January 2016 and if you do not renew it  and take your bike or car on 17th March 2016 on raod will you not be violating the rules for not holding a valid license. What is the remedy, you must have renewed it right?
