RERA Registration of LLP in Maharashtra

Hello,

One of my Client registered as LLP in April 2021, having 2 partners.

Main Objective is Real Estate Brokerage Firm(Real Estate Agent) , Are we should register as Real Estate Agent with the name of Company or With name of Partners.

What is needs to be provide in place of Income tax return Acknowledgment of last 3 years in case of LLP(1st year of business)  or Partners ( if they Don't have filed the return even if they exceed the Basic Exemption Limit)
