In Income Tax department authority is not accepting ITR FORMS without UNIQUE TRANSACTION NUMBER.
From where we would get UTN ?

As per the circular of Income tax department, NSDL were supposed to generate UTN and send via email to the deductors and also create facility to view the UTNs on website of NSDL. But till today nothing is done. We have to wait and watch for further clarifications from the IT department
