Do all resolutions to change articles of association or memorandum of association require special resolution?

Section 13 and 14 of Companies Act, 2013 deals with alteration in AOA and MOA.

As per both of this sections, it is mandatory to get special resolution for any kind of alteration in AOA and MOA.
