12 February 2024Is it mandatory to do MOU between hospital and TPA(Insurance companies) on stamp paper?

Means is it necessary to prepare MOU on stamp paper if agreement is made between medical company and hospital for giving treatment to the patient.

Mou is a memorandum of understanding on a larger scale.It can bf between a company and another group of persons.

Thanks madam for your reply. Madam agreement between hospital and insurance company require on stamp paper to give medical services to the patients.
