Requirement after name change-vendor documents??

My company recently changed its name (1 month back) and all related formalities and requirements as per MCA are completed so far.

We are still receiving Vendor Invoices/Documents in old name of The company.

Please guide for how much time we can accept Vendor Documents in Old name of Company considering related Tax Compliances(ST, VAT, Excise etc.).

Kindly advise your Vendors to change the name in their records as there is no specific time is mentioned under the provisions of Central Excise/Service tax/Cenvat credit rules.

Hence, immediate action to be taken otherwise it will be a unncessary question from dept during their audit.
