work quality is very important.U shud enjoy the work and it shud add value to u as a professional.........sum years down the line ull be picked by a co. with alota work....n theyll pay u well too.

 ok my suggestion wud be to leave this co. and join d one which will take the maximum outaa you.........which will put many responsilities on u......such managing accounts,mics,planning taxes n internal control,complainces etc etc.............i think a bright start up can give u all dat..........

one thing i wud say,jus think whether ur job profile suits the amt of hard work u had put in to bcum c.a...salary or quality of work,u shud decide up on ur financial n ur personal likings.....

U improve the quality, take the initiative learn and improve the things, and when u feel that now u should leave, leave the office. As u r newly qualified there is scope for u to learn and teach also. This will help u in ur life.

I feel, you should go ahead with this offer because in your next job, your package will be decided on the basis of your latest salary slip..off course other things also matter, but your current pay is the basis for all negotiations.

If you dont have much work it is even better, as you can utilise that time for networking, further studies.

After a year or so, you should surely switch the job, not now. This will help you get a better pay wherever you go and make sure you utilise the free time for learning.

Hey Deepak its Ur choice to decide if  u want to earn money easily n enjoy life or do some quality work, dont give a chance for others to decide wat u should do. Its tha same case everywhere so U decide wat to do.

Hi Deepak, i am also a newly qualified CA and have been selected by a BPO at an average salary, but i am going thru with it as i am looking at the positives that are available in it, like, MNC work culture and a F&A profile. You should also take a calculative decion whether to leave or not, if u leave to early u will b seen as a frequent job-changer and other co's may feel shy of employing u. wat u can do is in ur free time be updated in our field, read journals, books,etc.

Also may i know wat is ur current CTC and the name of the co. as i have not yet joined that BPO n luking for a better prospective. regards

If i were u, i will lavishly enjoy the less work pressure. I will try to apply lot of theoritical concepts practicailly. like IFRS, AS,Taxation  etc. If after 7 months i dont get any quality work, i will quit the co and search for new company. But dont settle for less quality work for long time as this will create laziness.
