Required capable company secreatary or secreatarial firm

A large listed company  (for profesional reasons I shall be withholding the name of the concern) is going for a complete winding up. We are in looking out for an experienced Company Secreatry or a Secreatrial Firm experienced in such a winding up process to aid us in the said winding up. Can anyone suggest me such a Company Secretary or a Secretarial firm based in or around Kolkata for the said purpose.
