Request to Rectify Intimation ordered

The taxpayer filed ITR with refundable.but the intimation ordered received by the department No Refund and No Demand. please suggest me in this case what to do.

The reason being, technical glitch...

Some deduction claimed by you may not have been considered by the system.

In some of our client's ITRs sec. 80D deduction not considered. So wait for final order.

Or when rectification window gets open, file rectification.

Check the intimation order for variances between calim made in return and as computed by income tax department. Accordingly file a revised return or for rectification.

Sir I have filed rectification u/s 154 but rectification ordered received with no refund .please suggest me what to do.

Today I submitted 2 rectification for demand under 143 1 under 154 in off line data correction uploaded XML and reason for rectification . I selected 139 5 and and no error while uploading XML file.

One case I couldn't submit for same reason showing error not filling under section

Second case we did mistake in deducted pan this XML file I could not upload showling similar error not filling under section.

Offline data correction, you have to submit XML or jason file and select same section under which filed last ITR , here problem is it calculate tax refund or payable after penalty and intrest as filling date is on current date . If taxes are paid only penalty of 1000.

As it is only written data correction , no new income and deductions are considered and reasons they asked what correction is required,so I think it is for TDS mismatch, bank details, some TDS details you done mistakes, etc.

I feel they will just change data and send you new order. Let see.
