Request technical assistance

I am the person use to file FCRA returns of 10 societies. One of the society had a problem in filing FCRA Return. They have lost their password and even their email ID of FCRA portal. When i was trying to open with new user id and password the message had been displayed that user id created. Hence I could not able to send FCRA return online and mostly FCRA renewal. It is very important now because they are not accepting any paper for renewal or return submission. Kindly help me how to proceed to retrieve password ​or creating new ID. To whom I have consult.
