Sir 

We are in business of manufacturing of electronic Panel. Our consultants instructed us to pay RCM @ 12% instead of 5% on freight charges to claim the itc.

 

Kindly guide and provide notification regarding the same

Thanks for the detail.

But our consultants instructed to pay RCM @ 12% instead of 5 % on freight charges so I need to show the documentary evidence to pay the rcm @ 5 % 

Kindly help for the same
