Request for non deduction of tds

Hi all

Please help.

Is there any form for requesting to not to deduct Tax on professional fees, if total annual income does not exceed Rs. 250000/-

For that you have to apply to your Jurisdictional ITO for non-deduction certificate. Read more at ....... form-13-tds-deduction
