We are a group of business associates wherein one of the promoter wants to leave the group. In this regard we have finalised the consideration for his share in the business which is to be settled in kind of tangible properties. In view of this, the details of the properties and theirs respective values summing up to the pre-decided consideration and other corresponding details are to be eloberated and agreed upon under the framework of MOU.
