We have a Listed public Company in Mumbai and wish to open a Representative Office in China. The procedure is well understood but need the resolution for the same. pls attach in case anybody have.

Hi you have to mention the situation of office and the authority to handle all kind of transaction from that office. Also see the clause regarding common seal in your artilce for use of the same at reprent.office.
