Hello Experts. I am dealing with the accounts of a restaurant that uses the services of swiggy and zomato. as per section 9(5) of gst act now the original seller is required to report the sale made through ECO. do i need to report such sale in GSTR-1 as well? or only in GSTR-3b?

For ECO Supplies, you can report both in GSTR3B as well as in GSTR1.
