Please confirm reporting in tax audit report with regard to applicability of section 43CA. If there any contradiction then where it will report. In my opinion it should be report in point 13(a) amount not credited to profit and loss account being – the item falling with in the scope of section 28
Where 43CA is attracted, the sale consideration gets substituted by Fair Value on account of the legal fiction in the section. This does not warrant any reporting under clauses a to e of 13 of form 3CD.
