Reporting Gains on sale of rural agricultural land
Where does The profit on sale of rural agricultural land in India required to be reported ? Unfortunately, buyer has deducted TDS which is not required under Sec 194IA in case of rural agricultural land. So reporting the transaction become important otherwise return may get defective or scrutiny proceedings will be undertaken for sure. Thanks
