Hi, How to file report on AGM as form MGT 15 is not available and there is no specific instruction to file it?

MGT.15 is available in official gazette notification of the rules:

You can attach it to GNL.2 and file.

I was enquiring about eform MGT 15. And again circular issued for forms to be attached to GNL 2 does not include for MGT 15. In this situation is it appropriate to file manual mgt15 to GNL 2 ?

This is the style of working of MCA and we have to live with it. MCA should have provided e-form on its site for filing, but has not done so. In the circumstances we have to either take up with MCA helpdesk and wait for their reply (and we know the quality!) or take best possible action as above.
