Reply to Notices u/s 143(ib) for A. Y. 2020-21
Due date for reply to notice mentioned above is expired. No reply submitted. ITD is showing status as demand notice will be served shortly. What kind of responses should we submit related to this.

Nothing can be done in this case. Wait for notice u/s 144. Then approach for appeal if tax liability is more than 1 lakh. In my humble opinion please pay tax mentioned is notice u/s 144 and smile.
