ATC stands for Accounting Technician Course. This course is started by institute to cover those students who are interested in accounting course but not willing to join CA Course immediately. ATC is not a part of New CA Course. It is a separate course.

ATC - Accounting Technician Course.

This is a new course offered by ICAI.It was introdued in December 2008

CA course is very broad in comparison to ATC.ATC is awarded on clearing grp 1 of IPCC and completing one year's training under a CA.But for getting CA,u will need to clear both grps of IPCC and both grps of final and complete 3 years articled training.

so if  hve pe2 1st grp and have experiance for 2 yrs can ATC awarded ?
