Reply plz.......?

Plz tell me I am appearing for november 2014 both groups of c.a final...plz tell me as of now it has been notified by icai that ind as are not applicable this year...so should i cover up it or not?i hv heard that icai ki notifiction par trust mat karo uska koi bharosi nahi hai wo jo phir bhi puch leta hai ....help me out?
