Replacing joint account holder in Demat and Savings account.

There a demat account with 3 joint holders and I am one of them.
How I can make my wife added in place of me?

What's the procedure? TIA

Fill it out accurately and sign it. 5. *Submit the form and documents*: Submit the completed form and supporting documents to your DP. 6. *Verification*: Your DP will verify the documents and update your account records. 7. *Confirmation*: Once the name change is processed, your DP will confirm the update and provide an updated demat account statement reflecting the new name. *Note*: The process may vary depending on your DP's procedures. Ensure you follow their specific guidelines for a smooth name change process. Remember to also update your name in other linked accounts, such as your trading account, bank account, and other relevant records.
