RENUNCIATION
A shareholder got the right issue of shares and now he want to renounce its shares. Here I want to know that upto how many people the shareholder can renounce its shares. Is there any provision in law regarding no. of persons for renouncement of right issue. UPTO HOW MANY Persons the shareholder renounce its shares one or more ???

You will have to check Articles of Association of Company to see whether it restricts renunciation of rights issued.
If there is no such restrictions then shareholder can renounce the same to any person.
Private limited companies generally have restrictions in their AOA.
If there is no such restrictions then shareholder can renounce the same to any person.
