TDS / TCS 729 views 4 replies

I would like to know the division or split that could be taken in rental income For example if my rental income is Rs. 25000, I can take Rs. 9500 as furniture rent and this comes to less that Rs.1,20,000 annualy. What other ways are there to split the remaining part? Can anyone of you help me

I presume you are talking about 194I , but as per 194I total rental income mens rent og Land, bulliding , equipment ,  furniture machinery etc.

So you can't split . The only option is that you can shows rental income by different party as Rs 120000 is applicable for a single party...............

Good job Sorabh
